Demolition:
- Removal of existing Cupboard.
Carpentry & Drylining:
- Replacing all plasterboards.
- Encasing the beam making it even.
- Making good on other walls due to damages.
Electrical:
- Re-wiring of the light switch and ceiling lights.
Flooring:
- Installation of a laminate flooring same/similar to the old one
Skimming:
- Skimming of the ceiling and walls externally and internally to allow for painting.

Warranty & Payment Terms

Our Standard Payment Structure:

Commitment Payment – 30%:
This payment secures your project date and enables us to assist further with fixture selection, ordering, etc.
Milestone 1 – 30%:
Due upon completion of plumbing, plastering, and waterproofing, with walls prepared for tiling.
Milestone 2 – 30%:
Due upon completion of tiling and installation of the bathtub/shower tray.
Upon Customer Approval – 10%:
Due once you are satisfied with the work and snagging issues are resolved.
The Payment Structure is based on the Labour Work Price.
