1. Labour Work
Demolition:
- Removal of existing tiles
- Removal of current fixtures (sink, bathtub, etc.)
Plumbing: Speed Fit and Solvent Weld
- Re-plumbing of the waste pipe where necessary to allow for the new vanity unit and shower.
- Re-plumbing of the hot and cold water to allow for the new vanity unit.
Carpentry & Drylining:
- Re-plastering all walls, floor and ceiling to allow for smooth surface and microcement installation.
- Covering the bathroom MDF shelves in microcement.
Electrical:
- Wiring of a new extractor fan.
Microcement:
- Application of a microcement on the floor, walls and ceiling.
Waterproofing:
- Sealing joints and angles.
- Full waterproofing with tanking kit around the shower area.
Fixtures:
- Installation of a new wall-mounted vanity unit with basin and a tap. 600mm
- Installation of the same bathtub and new screen.
- Installation of a new shower mixer.
- Installation of a new bath filler.
- Installation of a new standard toilet and a cistern.
Skimming:
- Skimming of all walls after the plastering to allow for smooth finish.
Total Labour Price: £8500
2. Labour Materials (Estimate)
Includes plasterboards, adhesives, grout, fixings, plywood, levelling compound, waterproofing materials, etc.
Receipts will be collected and shared at the end of the project for reimbursement.

Commitment Payment – 30%:
This payment secures your project date and enables us to assist further with fixture selection, ordering, etc.
Milestone 1 – 30%:
Due upon completion of plumbing, plastering, and waterproofing, with walls prepared for tiling.
Milestone 2 – 30%:
Due upon completion of tiling and installation of the bathtub/shower tray.
Upon Customer Approval – 10%:
Due once you are satisfied with the work and snagging issues are resolved.
The Payment Structure is based on the Labour Work Price.
