1. Labour Work
This section outlines all labour included in your bathroom renovation.
It covers demolition, plumbing alterations, carpentry, electrics, waterproofing, tiling, installation of fixtures, and final finishing works.
Demolition:
- Removal of existing tiles
- Removal of current fixtures (sink, bathtub, etc.)
Plumbing: Speed Fit and Solvent Weld
- Re-plumbing of the waste pipe where necessary to allow for the new layout. - Re-plumbing of the hot and cold water to allow for the new layout.
- Re-plumbing of the radiator pipes to allow for the new layout.
Carpentry & Drylining:
- Install floorboards to allow tiling.
- Replacing all damaged plasterboards.
- Bulding of a new box to allow for the wall-hung toilet.
- Installation of a new door and frame (bi-fold).
- Removal of the door, skimming and painting.
- Boxing of the old door and creation of a drawers wih MDF wood.
Electrical:
- Wiring of new ceiling lights downlights.
- Wiring of the new led mirror cabinet.
- Wiring of a macerator to allow for the new toilet.
Tiling:
- Tiling of the walls and floor as per 3D design
Waterproofing:- Sealing joints and angles. - Full waterproofing with tanking kit around the shower area.
Fixtures:
- Installation of a new wall-mounted vanity unit with basin and a tap. 600mm
- Installation of a new wetroom tray and screen.
- Installation of a new concealed shower mixer.
- Installation of a new wall-hung toilet and a cistern.
- Installation of a new standart toilet with a macerator in the cupboard.
Skimming & Painting:
- Skimming and painting both sides of the door.
- Anti-mould, waterproof paint on ceiling and walls.
Additional WC Room:
- Installation of a separate toilet that will be connected to the macerator.
- Installation of a new light source.
- Installation of a new mirror.
- Installation of a new vanity unit.

2. Labour Materials (Estimate)
This section covers materials required to carry out the labour, such as:
plasterboards, fixings, adhesives, grout, levelling compound, waterproofing materials, plywood, sealants, and similar consumables.
These materials are purchased as needed during the project to ensure correct installation and quality.
All receipts will be collected and shared at the end of the project, and the final amount will be adjusted based on actual cost.
This is an estimate, and you only pay for what is used.

3. Tiling Area / Tiles Needed
We have calculated the total tiling area required for your bathroom based on measurements and the agreed 3D design.
• Wall tiling required: 19 m²
• Floor tiling required: 4.5 m²
You can copy and paste these measurements directly into any tile supplier’s website (for example: Topps Tiles or your preferred retailer) to calculate how many boxes you need.

5. Rubbish Collection (Estimate)
All waste will be stored safely until the end of the project. A quote will be obtained based on a picture and shared for approval prior to disposal.

Warranty & Payment Terms
- 2-year warranty on all labour work.
- Payments accepted via card, transfer, or cash.
Our Standard Payment Structure:

Commitment Payment – 30%:
This payment secures your project date and enables us to assist further with fixture selection, ordering, etc.
Milestone 1 – 30%:
Due upon completion of plumbing, plastering, and waterproofing, with walls prepared for tiling.
Milestone 2 – 30%:
Due upon completion of tiling and installation of the bathtub/shower tray.
Upon Customer Approval – 10%:
Due once you are satisfied with the work and snagging issues are resolved.
The Payment Structure is based on the Labour Work Price.
