1. Labour Work
Demolition:
- Removal of existing tiles
- Removal of current fixtures (sink, bathtub, etc.)
Plumbing: Speed Fit and Solvent Weld
- Re-plumbing of the waste pipe where necessary to allow for the new layout. - Re-plumbing of the hot and cold water to allow for the new layout.
- Re-plumbing of the raidator pipes to allow for the new layout.
Carpentry & Drylining:
- Install floorboards to allow tiling.
- Replacing all damaged plasterboards. (if any).
- Re-doing the box befor ethe bath to allow for all pipes hidden.
- Creation of a new ceiling to allow for proper durability and wiring of new downlights.
- Drilling of a new opening for the extrator fan.
Electrical:
- Wiring of new ceiling downlights.
- Wiring of the new led mirror.
- Wiring of a new underfloor heating.
- Wiring of the new extrator fan.
Tiling:
- Tiling of the walls and floor as per 3D design
Waterproofing:
- Sealing joints and angles.
- Full waterproofing with tanking kit around the shower area.
Fixtures:
- Installation of a new wall-mounted vanity unit with basin and a tap. 600mm
- Installation of a new bathtub 1500mm x 700mm (same as the old one).
- Installation of a new shower mixer.
- Installation of a new bath filler.
- Installation of a new standard toilet and a cistern.
Skimming & Painting:
- Anti-mould, waterproof paint on ceiling.
Total Labour Price: £6000
2. Labour Materials (Estimate)
Includes plasterboards, adhesives, grout, fixings, plywood, levelling compound, waterproofing materials, etc.
Receipts will be collected and shared at the end of the project for reimbursement.

3. Tiling Area / Tiles Needed
- Wall Tiling Needed: 22 m2.
- Floor Tiling Needed: 4.5 m².

Warranty & Payment Terms
- 2-year warranty on all labour work.
- Payments accepted via card, transfer, or cash.
Our Standard Payment Structure:
(Based on the Labour Work Price).
Commitment Payment – 30%:
This payment secures your project date and enables us to assist further with fixture selection, ordering, etc.
Milestone 1 – 30%:
Due upon completion of plumbing, plastering, and waterproofing, with walls prepared for tiling.
Milestone 2 – 30%:
Due upon completion of tiling and installation of the bathtub/shower tray.
Upon Customer Approval – 10%:
Due once you are satisfied with the work and snagging issues are resolved.
The Payment Structure is based on the Labour Work Price.
